Enterprise’s Green Communities initiative aims for nothing less than a transformation in the way communities think about, design and build affordable, sustainable homes. We create healthy, environmentally sustainable, energy efficient homes for low-income people, and work to make sustainable development the norm in the affordable housing industry.
Already, Enterprise has created over 9,000 green affordable homes cross the country, and over 3,000 in New York City. Our vision is a future where everyone can afford to live in a healthy, energy efficient and environmentally sustainable home.
